Breakfast was exactly the same as yesterday; hot water and lemon to start, then plain Greek yogurt with banana and eggs with spinach and tomato. Good and filling but too much work for me on work mornings. I will likely do the smoothie option on those days. Lunch was leftover Chili.
Dinner tonight was a huge chicken stir-fry with brown rice. The stir-fry had chicken breast, onion, carrot, celery, red pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts, and bean sprouts. I cooked it all in orange olive oil, seasoning and tamari sauce (use it instead of soy sauce). It was good :)
