Breakfast this morning was whole grain toast with almond butter and Strawberry Jam. I also had a tea with whole milk and maple syrup.
Snack today was a couple of Snowballs; I made a new batch and had to taste test them :) I also had some grapes as a second snack. I also did my yoga today and will start a new video next day :)
Last night's snack was some plain potato chips and a beer. I have found Boulder Canyon Olive Oil chips which only have 3 ingredients: potatoes, olive oil and salt. They are delicious.
