Breakfast this morning was banana with granola and whole milk. I also had a tea with maple syrup and whole milk.
Lunch today was leftover Chicken with Tomato-Basil Cream Sauce from last night. Still good as leftovers but found it more dry than when fresh made. The sauce seemed a little less, but still good.
Snack today was two Snowballs. I also did yoga today. I admit I didn't do it over the weekend, so this was my 3rd day total. I still plan to follow this beginner video for a week and then move on to another. I was proud that I was able to the entire video today without having to stop some poses due to pain in my wrists. Yay!
Dinner tonight was Veggie Fajitas. We have made this recipe before and have made other fajitas without following the recipe. They are delicious either way. We even made our own Tortillas which are way better than store-bought. I am not very good at getting them in a circle after rolling them out; so we call them rustic :) Funny, the first time we made these last year using this recipe, Hubby asked where the meat was after we got everything cooked. Tonight, he asked the same question :) No meat tonight, hence veggie fajitas :) I also used homemade taco seasoning for the spices instead.
