Today is day 3 of the Day Off Diet and it is getting easier. The food isn't bad but I am hungry throughout the day, but again I think that is from over-eating so much before. Breakfast was exactly the same as as the last two days; yogurt, banana, eggs, veggies. It doesn't have to be but I am enjoying it. Lunch was leftover chicken stir-fry from last night. Even better as leftovers today :)
Dinner tonight was Chicken Soup. I had parent/teacher meetings tonight so wanted something I could make earlier in the day. I used my own homemade chicken stock and added onion, carrot, turnip and mixed greens (spinach, kale, & bok choy), and seasonings. It was pretty good.
