Tried a new Bean Burger recipe from "How Not to Die Cookbook". They were okay. Not really a favorite to make again but I ate most of my burger tonight for supper. The taste was pretty good but too mushy of a texture for me.
Also made a dessert. No recipe. Just put 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, a diced apple, 3 chopped dates, water, and some lemon juice in a saucepan. Heated it up to make a sauce and used it to top store-bought angel food cake. It was very nice and helped me to eat some fruit today and have a healthier dessert option :)
