Breakfast this morning was whole grain toast with almond butter and milk.
Lunch was leftovers from last night's dinner; roasted chicken and veggies.
Snack today was some homemade guacamole and corn chips. The corn chips were store-bought. They are not 100% real food but they are the best I can find without having to make my own. Sometimes quick wins out. The guac was great. I will always make that over store-bought because it's easy and excellent. I simply mash up an avocado, add lime juice, salt & pepper, and a little onion and garlic powders :)
Dinner tonight was a pot of chicken soup. I used the chickens from last night and also made extra broth to freeze. Yummy!
