Tuesday was Shrimp & Pasta again, using local broccoli and tomatoes. I really enjoy this meal.
Tonight was Risotto, I used this recipe: Tomato & Roasted Mediterranean Vegetable Risotto as a guide. I made it before as written (pretty much) and it was really good. I only used broth to make the risotto instead of the mix of broth and tomato (passata) this time. Also used green peppers and didn't have any zucchini, still a great risotto recipe!
