Coming around now and hoping the rest has helped. Had to get out of the house the weekend before I lost my mind.
Breakfast today was simply a slice of whole grain toast with almond butter and a small glass of milk.
Lunch today was out. We went to Oliver's and I had the house salad. It's a really nice green salad with cranberries, nuts, bacon and a house made vinaigrette :) Yummy.
Dinner tonight was fresh cod, caught this weekend by my Dad in Conception Bay :) We simply pan-fried it and had it with green beans and spinach.
