Meal 1: 2 fruit
Meal 2: 2 foods from either groups (fruit, veg, protein)
Meal 3: 3 vegetables
Meal 4: 1 vegetable and 1 protein
Meal 5: 2 protein
Meal 6: 4 vegetables
Again, you can eat the meals in any order.
