Today was a good day food-wise. I ate all real food :) but I will admit I didn't feel very good last night or today and I am thinking it is due to my "cheat" dinner last night. I think the grease or white flour or sugar didn't agree with me :(
Dinner tonight was a recipe I haven't made in years. I made Gazpacho from my Dr Oz "You on a Diet" book. This is a great, light recipe and requires no cooking. I topped mine with avocado and didn't bother to blend any of it. We also had grilled cheese sandwiches with it. It was a nice meal.
