Breakfast was the usual: granola, milk and a morning coffee.
Lunch was the leftover halibut from last night's dinner. It was still good but not as good as last night.
Snack today was a few cheesy crackers,
Dinner tonight was a BBQ at my parents. It was Dad's birthday today, he turned 59. We brought our own grass-fed beef T-bone steak and split it between the both of us. We had baked potato with butter, Parmesan asparagus, corn on the cob with butter, and mu. All the food wasn't 100% real food but it was good and we didn't go overboard. Had a few beers as well :) I also had some grilled sausage as an appetizer but didn't have any Bbq'ed wieners with BBQ sauce. I also had some cream puffs and cheesecake for dessert. Like I said before, I have trouble with the moderation aspect, it tends to be all or nothing.
