Breakfast was whole grain toast with almond butter and a glass of whole milk.
Snack today was a peanut butter Larabar. Second snack was a banana with the kiddies in preschool.
Lunch was leftover Chicken with Prosciutto and Balsamic from last night's dinner. It was really good as leftovers although the veggie pancakes were a little dry and chewy. The chicken was still excellent.
Dinner tonight was Shrimp Tacos. Delicious as always and so simple. I added avocado to mine tonight.
