Breakfast this morning was "bacon" and scrambled eggs cooked by Hubby :) The bacon was sliced pork belly; soaked overnight in water, salt and maple syrup, then fried slowly. I also had a glass of milk and my morning coffee.
Lunch today was plain Greek yogurt with blueberry jam, blueberries, roasted almonds and toasted coconut. It was really yummy. Had a late breakfast so wasn't overly hungry lunchtime. This did the trick.
