Still doing well this week food-wise. Sticking to 100% real food options and no grains of any kind as well as no cow's milk. Having my Almond Strawberry Smoothies for breakfast and sometimes a boiled egg. Having leftovers for lunch. Snacks are usually bananas and sometimes an apple with almond butter. Tonight we had a new salmon recipe for dinner; and Hubby cooked everything; as I had to run out unexpectedly at mealtime. We had Slow-Baked Salmon with Honey Mustard Glaze, Roasted Asparagus and steamed carrots with butter. It was great (for salmon, not a favorite of mine but still trying to eat it), even though mine was reheated as I was late getting home. A keeper according to Hubby. It was pretty easy and he loved it as well.
Today is day 4 of no grains and no milk and I have to say that today is the first day in weeks, if not months, that I haven't felt exhausted. I actually felt pretty normal today. Fingers crossed I am on to something here :)
