I believe that planning is a key factor when trying to eat healthy or follow any kind of eating plan. I made a 4 day meal plan for this week and went grocery shopping today for what I needed for the coming week. I only planned 4 days because we tend to plan for the weekends a little later in the week. Depends on weather for grilling and what foods we are craving or in the mood for.
This week we will be enjoying:
Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches and Caesar Salad
Prosciutto Chicken with Veggie Pancakes and asparagus
Cajun Alfredo with Shrimp
Some of these recipes we have tried before and some we are trying for the first time. I have the new 100 Days of Real Food Cookbook so I am trying some recipes from it this week :)
