This week's meals are:
Veggie Fajitas
Veggie Quesadillas
Fish Cakes
Chicken Fried Rice
As I have said before I do better with a meal plan to follow. I need to have an idea of what we will eat in the coming week and have the ingredients available. The plan is not written in stone and can easily change if needed but I don't end up with no idea of what to cook for dinner any evening. The weekends are a little bit more flexible and we decide those meals pretty much on the weekend.
