Breakfast this morning was oatmeal with toasted coconut and banana. I also had my morning decaf coffee with just milk today. It was ok, I think I could get used to it but I do like just a little sweetness to cut the bitter.
Lunch today was leftover Moose Stew from last night. It was still really good.
Snack today was the last of my cheesy crackers (will have to make more) and a small glass of milk.
Dinner tonight was margarita pizza, yummy. I made the whole wheat crust but I always get 2 crusts out of the 1 recipe. I like to call them rustic, I can never get them very round :) Then just topped with marinara sauce, tomato, mozzarella, and basil (Basil was added after cooking). That's it. Put some grated Parmesan on once done; delicious and simple.
