Stayed on plan for the DOD. Good breakfast, lunch, and snack. Dinner tonight was a chicken stir-fry with brown rice. For the veggies I used a mix of onion, celery, broccoli, red pepper, snow peas, and swiss chard; and most were local :) It was really good. I cooked everything in olive oil and seasoned with tamari sauce (like soy sauce).
