I have had green smoothies for breakfasts along with ground meat fried up with veggies and olive oil. Sometimes with eggs, sometimes not. Having leftovers for lunch. Cooked lots of chicken and veggies Sunday evening for leftovers and tonight made a pork and veggie stir-fry. For snacks I have been having leftover roasted veggies with olive oil, some fruit, or a banana mashed up with coconut and coconut manna. Tried this one for the first time last night and it was pretty good but it is mashed banana so odd consistency for snacking in my opinion.
Taking it one day at a time and so far so good. Went back on AIP yesterday and have had 2 great days so far :) Still having cravings and eating a lot as I'm often pretty hungry, but sticking with it. It really helps to have some meals prepped and/or cooked in the fridge and freezer. Makes things so much easier.
