Just made a huge pot of vegetable soup. I added loads of veggies I had on hand (carrot, celery, onion, potato, tomato, bok choy), vegetable broth, wild rice and quinoa mix, garlic olive oil for frying some veggies at beginning, and salt & pepper. Great, healthy meal; but why does veggie soup taste like diet food to me? Anyone else?
