I have completed 2 weeks of gluten-free eating and still going. Need to do 8 weeks according to my homeopath. I am feeling much better but still not 100%; not sure if it may be due to another food intolerance or if I just need more time to get all the gluten out. Regardless, I am still gluten-free and continuing with it. We ate some pretty good meals this week as well :)
Gluten-free eating can still be enjoyable, tasty, and healthy; but it does take some planning.
