Now I'm sure people are going to come back at this with many comments, and I'm sure all will not be positive :)
Let me finish by saying:
1. I'm saying counting calories does not work for everyone.
2. All calories are not created equal (A person eating 1200 calories of all natural whole foods is not the same as a person eating 1200 calories of junk-food).
3. I have always been a calorie counter and I have always had trouble losing weight.
4. I do not count calories now (although I am sure I am going over recommended daily calorie counts) and I am losing weight consistently.
