Breakfast: Big bowl of oatmeal with almond butter, coconut, pecans, pineapple, raisins, and banana. I only ate about 1/2 to 2/3 of it as some mornings I have a little trouble eating, usually if it's an earlier morning. Becomes a problem when you try to eat before work.
Lunch: Leftover Jambalaya from yesterday. Still great!
Snack: Larabar. I will admit I am craving sweet today so had a larabar as they are full of dates and are pretty sweet.
Supper: Chicken Soup with Wild Rice. I don't really follow a recipe when making soup. I throw in what I like and what I have on hand. Today's soup had chicken breast sauteed in olive oil, celery, onion, carrot, green peas, corn, wild rice, homemade chicken stock, salt & pepper, and savory. It was delicious :)
