Started my day with a mix of orange juice and water. No coffee for awhile as I don't like coffee if it isn't creamy.
Breakfast: Same as yesterday. I made a ground pork and veggie skillet to have most of this week for breakfast meals :)
Lunch: Leftover Almond Flax-Crusted Chicken and Roasted Veggies. No corn this time.
Snacks today were some apples and half a banana with kiddies in preschool.
Dinner tonight was a Salad with two kinds of lettuce, tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber, olives, pineapple, and leftover Chicken from last night. It was really good. I didn't even have salad dressing on it as I find the olives and pineapple add enough to it.
