Breakfast: Didn't have any breakfast today. Decided to try a different approach. I find I am not hungry for breakfast if it's too early in the morning. I don't really want to eat, feel a little nauseous, and find the thought of food very unappealing. Today was an early morning so I started with a glass of orange juice (mixed with water, my preference).
Snack: Banana with my preschoolers :)
Lunch: Leftover Chicken Soup with Wild Rice from yesterday.
Snack: Another banana with my second group of preschoolers :)
Supper: A large salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, olives, grapes, and bell pepper. I added Almond-Flax Chicken as well and topped with lemon white balsamic vinegar. Very tasty :)
