Breakfast this morning was a bowl of oatmeal made with raspberries, maple syrup, almonds and toasted coconut.
Lunch was a Pumpkin Spice Latte from Second Cup along with half a ham sandwich made on a croissant. I split the sandwich with Hubby. We were out running errands and needed a bite to eat :)
Dinner tonight was a grilled pork chop, marinated with a little olive oil and Steeped Tea's Smoky Tea-Aki spice mix. Our new favorite :) Along with a baked potato with Coconut Bacon, butter and a little salt (didn't find the coconut bacon salty enough) and local brussel sprouts with butter, salt & pepper. It was good but the Coconut Bacon is a little odd. You can still taste the coconut flavor which is different on potato. I think these would be great as salad toppings though. They are even nice eating as is. I will keep experimenting with them though and see what we come up with :)
