Breakfast: Had homemade Hash-browns this morning using potato, bell pepper, onion, salt & pepper, olive oil, and savory. This is a regular Sunday breakfast for us but I usually have an egg or two on top. Not this morning (as eggs are a no-no for now) and it was still good :)
Snack today was a bowl of grapes and a Larabar. I haven't had a larabar in awhile and forgot how good they were, and with very simple and natural ingredients.
