Breakfast: Oatmeal with apple and nuts.
Lunch: Leftover chicken, rice, and asparagus from yesterday. Still delicious!
Supper: Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti. I made a simple spaghetti sauce using ground chicken, marinara sauce, salt & pepper. I roasted my squash with olive oil (cut side down, 425 degrees for 35 minutes) and served topped with sauce :) I enjoyed it bit it isn't Hubby's favorite.
